Bent Smartphone
In the media, some bendable smartphones were presented in the stores.
This question was also interesting for FEM. How can you bend a smartphone?
Figure 1 shows such a smartphone.

In this example, a solid material made of aluminum was used and the main focus is only the qualitative results. Figure 2 shows the deformations and Figure 3 the stresses.
